Oopsie, guess I didn’t post anything last week!  Here’s how it looked:

Not bad considering I was sick again and didn’t set foot on the elliptical.  But that killer day of setting 350 paver stones in 6 hours counted for a lot of exercise!  And we figure the 6 flights of stairs for the Great Wolf Lodge ride counted for something else. 

Check out my Saturday report- the day I ended with a 1,001 calorie deficit!  I ate A LOT that day.

 It was the six hours of patio work that boosted my calories burned considerably.
