So you saw my Garlic Lime Chicken recipe… I tried it out with some steak the other night, with a few modifications.  Basically, I used the mixture as a marinade.  My plan was to make fajitas with the steak, so I thinly cut the meat into strips, marinated them in a baggie for 2 days.  Sauteed them in some melted butter and the steak strips were DIVINE.


1 t salt
1 t pepper
¼ t cayenne pepper
¼ t paprika
1 t garlic powder
½ t onion powder
½ t thyme
3 T olive oil
3 T lime juice
