I’m at it again! It’s time to spend a month eating through our pantry and freezer…no going out to eat and no grocery shopping. Well, except for milk, eggs, butter, condiments, bread, fresh fruit and veggies. But everything else needs to be eaten from our supply.
I did this challenge last year, except with a monetary goal of spending no more than $100 on groceries for the month of January. You can read about it here. And a follow up posting here. I’m not sure what we ended the month at….I think we went over the $100 mark, but I’m feeding a family of five PLUS 5 full-time daycare kids who eat 2 snacks and a lunch every day!
