This used to be one of our family favorites….and it’s super easy to pre-make in bulk- toss in the freezer for those times when you just want to throw dinner together quickly without much effort or thought!

3-4 chicken breasts (cubed)
1 c. Artichoke Hearts
1 c. Sun Dried Tomatoes
½ c. Cooked Bacon
2 t Minced Garlic
Ready-made Alfredo Sauce
1 c. Parmesan Cheese
Tri-Colored Bowtie Pasta

TO PRE-MAKE: cut chicken into cubes and store in a quart ziplock freezer bag.  Mix together the artichokes, tomatoes, bacon and garlic and store in a quart ziplock freezer bag. Bag Alfredo sauce.  Bag Parmesan Cheese.  Put all the bags into a large freezer bag and freeze.  Thaw before cooking.

Prepare bowtie pasta according to package directions.  Saute the chicken in 2T olive oil.  When cooked, drain off excess water and add the artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, bacon and garlic.  Cook for 4 minutes, then add the alfredo sauce and cook for another 4 minutes.  Mix with the pasta and sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top and serve immediately.

Sooo yummy!
