I know I should exercise more. I know I should be able to squeeze in at least 20 minutes a day somewhere. We have a treadmill. We have a weight bench. I have about 10 exercise DVD’s, primarily dance oriented. But I don’t. I don’t like exercise. As much energy as I have to be busy all the time, I’m actually a pretty lazy person!
But that needs to stop.
This morning’s 5:00AM hour was spent on the treadmill (while watching the news) then 10 minutes on email/facebook, then 20 minutes doing my Winsor Pilates DVD. It feels good to actually DO something. And get it out of the way first thing.
We only have ONE body. Gotta take care of it!
Your tips are great and i love the fact that you get up so early and get it done. that way you don’t have to think about it for the rest of the day !.. One body- one chance. I need a bumper sticker to remind me
