Jim says this is a restaurant quality dip and my kids all love it.  There’s never any left over, it’s so full of gooey goodness. 

Crab Dip Recipe:

6 oz Cream Cheese (light or lowfat)
½ small onion, finely chopped
2 T mayonnaise
6 oz crab meat
1/8 tsp minced garlic
½ cup Shredded Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and spread in a baking dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Stir, then bake again for another 10 minutes.

Makes enough for 4 people as an appetizer.  I serve mine with toasted bread slices.
