Despite not being able to fall asleep until after 11pm, I still woke up at 5am and had a date with my treadmill, then followed that with one of my Hip Hop Abs workouts.
Over the weekend I stepped on the scale and realized that my weight crept back up and also realized it’s February already. My goal to be bikini ready by summer isn’t going to happen without more effort!
So my “February Resolution”: to do some type of “get sweaty” exercise at least 4 mornings a week, and try to do my Pilates workout during quiet time every day (it’s a 10 or 20 minute workout, depending on which one I do).
I was the skinniest I had ever been in 2007. I don’t see why I can’t get there again….it’s only 3 years later, not 10!!
